It is with sadness in our hearts that we announce the passing of our dear son, Benjamin Michael DesRoche of Wellington aged 16 years in Roseville, PEI, on Thursday, July 24th, 2025. Born on July 16, 2009 Benjamin was the son of Robyn (Josh) Waite and Bradley (Shawna) DesRoche.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother Robyn (Josh) Waite, and father Bradley (Shawna) DesRoche. Benjamin will also be dearly missed by his sisters Alex, Emily and Elizabeth.

He will forever be remembered by his grandparents Pamela Handrahan, Paul and Linda DesRoche, Donna and Barry Waite, also by numerous aunts and uncles; Amber and Tony Bernard, Amy and Mitchell Kinch, Megan and Mitchell Perry, Denise and Cory Barlow, Daniel and Erica Waite, Brandon and Bria Waite, Colby and Megan Waite, Demetri and Derek Waite.

Also lovingly remembered by numerous cousins.

Benjamin was predeceased by his grandfather Floyd Handrahan.

Resting at the Évangéline Funeral Home, 900 Route 124, Urbainville, until Tuesday, July 29 where visiting hours will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, July 30th, at 10:30 am at the Summerside Church of the Nazarene, 156 Fitzroy St. Summerside.

Interment will follow the funeral service at the Elmsdale Church of the Nazarene Cemetery, Elmsdale, PEI

In lieu of flowers as an expression of sympathy donations in Benjamin’s memory made to the Funeral expense Fund would be greatly appreciated.
