Obituary of Rhonda Leard

8 January 1972 - 29 August 2025 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rhonda Leard, 53, on Friday, August 29th, 2025, at the Moncton Hospital. Born in British Columbia, she was the daughter of Darlene Morgan and Joseph Berthelot. Rhonda will be sadly missed by her loving husband, Alvah; her daughter, Amielya Leard; her brothers: Dustin Morgan of British Columbia, Curtis Morgan, and Corey Morgan both of Alberta; her sister: Kim Turner of British Columbia; her mother-in-law: Marjorie (late Ivan) Leard of PEI; her sisters-in-law: Lynn (Kirk) Arsenault, Shelley (Edmund) Paynter, and Tracy Leard all three of PEI; her beloved bearded dragons: Pickles, Squirt, and Turbo; as well as several nieces and nephews. Resting at the Évangéline Funeral Home, 900 Route 124, Urbainville, until Friday, September 5th, where visiting hours will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will take place at 2:00pm at the Victoria West United Church, followed by a reception at the Northam Community Centre (678 Northam Rd, Tyne Valley). In lieu of flowers, donations made to the family to help with funeral costs would be greatly appreciated.
