Obituary of Digna C. Ledda

June 14, 1951 - August 30,2025 Digna C. Ledda of Mont Carmel, Prince Edward Island died unexpectedly on August 30, 2025. Born on June 14, 1951 to Felix Jr. and Lucila Ledda. Digna is survived by her brothers, sisters and in-laws, Maggie Del Rosario (Daughters – Melissa, Caress, Alyssa), Chito Ledda, Claudio Ledda, Felix III and Zenia Ledda (Daughter – Stephanie), Vidal and Elvira Ledda (Children – Akito and Angelie), Cornelio Ledda and Fides (Children – Christopher, Francesca, Florica), Grace and Raul Sumulong and Criselda Ledda. She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her beloved partner Mark, sisters Corona (Children – Richie and Rina) and Gina (Daughter – Josephine). Brothers-in-law Rafael Romero and Jose Del Rosario. Digna was down to earth living an unpretentious and unassuming life. She just wanted simple things in life. Her independent mind set would prevent her from putting a burden to family and friends. An independent and a free spirit, she loved to explore places and things on her own way and time. Digna’s love for adventure was matched only by her generosity to her family and friends. She had to ability to connect with people she met during her travels as evidenced when she went home to the Philippines after 40 years a few years ago. She shared the passion and love of motorcycles with her partner Mark and would race from time to time. Digna’s passion extended to the kitchen, where she loved to cook that she learned from her mother Lucila who was also an excellent cook. Digna will be deeply missed her family, friends and all whose lives she touched.
