Obituary of Arsenault, Florence Marie

The death occurred peacefully surrounded by her family, at the Community Hospital, O'Leary, on Sunday, April 26th, 2020 of Florence Marie Arsenault of Summerside, aged 70 years. Florence was born in Summerside to her parents, the late Donat and Madeleine (née Gallant) Arsenault formerly of St. Chrysostome. Florence will lovingly be remembered by her sisters Laura (Graham) MacPhail of Cornwall, Jeanne Duffenais of Summerside, and by brothers Albert of St. Chrysostome, Simon (Lee Machado) of Newmarket, ON, and Raymond of St. Chrysostome. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law Alta (late Hector) and Irene (late Gavin) and by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. Predeceased by her parents Donat and Madeleine, by sisters Zita and Dorothy and by brothers Hector and Gavin. Florence was an active member of the St. Paul's Church Pastoral Care group and loved to volunteer her time at the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul food bank. Resting at the Évangéline Funeral Home, Urbainville. Visiting hours and funeral mass to be announced at a later date. Interment to take place in St. Philippe et St. Jacques Church Cemetery, Egmont Bay at a later date. Memorial donations in Florence's memory to Saint-Vincent-de-Paul (food bank) would be greatly appreciated.
