Obituary of MacDonald, Enid Pearl

The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, with her family by her side of Enid Pearl MacDonald (née Paugh) of Le Chez-Nous, Wellington and formerly of Springhill, PEI at the age of 82 years. Beloved wife of the late Allan Richard MacDonald and the daughter of the late George and Carrie (née Stewart) Paugh. Enid will forever be remembered by her loving children Kathy MacDonald, George (Jeannie) MacDonald and Cheryl (Elmer) Arsenault. She is survived by her sister Helen (Roy) Poirier, by sisters-in-law Barbara Paugh, Rosella Gallant and Eva Muirhead, by grandchildren Nicole (Jamie) Clements, Alicia McPhee (Leon), Tyler MacDonald and Chad Arsenault and by great grandchildren Austin, Dallas and Ryker and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Ernest Paugh, Clifford Paugh, James Paugh, Edna Coughlin and Margaret Waite, by brothers-in-law John Muirhead, Marshall Thompson, sister-in-law Evelyn Thompson, by son-in-law Austin McPhee and nephew Gregory Paugh. Resting at the Évangéline Funeral Home, 900 route 124, Urbainville with visitation for family and friends on Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 2 to 3:45 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be held at a later date in the Victoria West United Church Cemetery, Victoria West. Donations in Enid's memory made to the PEI Alzheimer Society will be greatly appreciated.
