I knew Armand when I was a child raised in Mont Carmel. The last time I saw him was at the wharf in Cape Edmond, PEI.
He remembered me and came over to say hello. That was a little over 2 years ago. He was a very likeable guy. Sorry for his passing, my condolences to the family
