Obituary of Richard, Rosella Marie

It is with great sadness that we, the children of Marie Rosella Richard (née Cormier) announce her passing at her home in Cap-Egmont, on March 15, 2022, at the age of 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Cyril Richard, Rosella was born in St-Hubert on January 15, 1931, to her late parents Zacharie and Jeanne (nee Arsenault) Cormier. Rosella is survived by her sons and daughters: Donald (Kathryn), Moncton NB, Sr. Claudette SSCM, Quebec City, QC, Léonce at home and Noëlla, St-Nicholas. Also cherished and forever in the hearts of her brother and sister: François (Marie) and Léona (late Earl) Gaudet and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Mélina Richard, Bertha (late Gordon Perry) Richard, Ang&egravele (Melvin) Richard, Maria Bernard, Ir&egravene (late Jean) Cormier, Léona (late Adolphe) Richard. Beside her parents and parents-in-law, Rosella was predeceased by her husband Cyril, sisters Nora, Marie, Lucina, brothers Henri, Jean, and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Ir&egravene Cormier, Andy Gallant, Earl Gaudet, Sr. Marguerite Richard, Ars&egravene Richard, Martin Richard, Adolphe Richard, Hél&egravene and Joseph Dérasp, Éric and Doria Richard, Robert Richard, Isabelle Richard, Gordon Perry. Resting at the Evangeline Co-op Funeral Home, Urbainville until Saturday, March 19, then to the Notre Dame du Mont Carmel Church, Mont Carmel where funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. (maximum capacity will be 125) .Visitations at the funeral home on Friday, March 18 from 6 to 9 p.m. (maximum capacity will be 100). Interment will take place in the church cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Rosella's memory to the Mont Carmel Church or to Hospice PEI would be greatly appreciated.
