Obituary of Perry, Gordon

The death occurred peacefully, with his wife by his side, at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Saturday, January 15th, 2022 of Gordon Perry of Summerside, age 75 years. Born on May 22nd, 1946, he was the son of the late Emile and Margaret (nee Moore) Perry. Beloved husband of Bertha Richard, and left to cherish his memory beside his wife are his sons Jason (Mandy Hustler), and Cory. He will also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Rylee-Lynn, Ava, Graydon and Lyndon. Gordon will be forever remembered by his numerous brothers and sisters, Elizabeth (Bessy-deceased), Helen (Norm-deceased) Morrison, Amelia (Mary Broom), Doris (Dolly), Rose O'Connor (Gord), Margaret (Maggie) (Dave Morrison), Norman, Ann (James) Gaudet, Darren (Butch) (Trudy) Demont, Amber (Eric Poirier), Theresa, and Paul Blacquiere. Also left to cherish his memory are sisters-in-law Melina Richard, Rosella Richard, Maria Bernard, Leona Richard and Angele Richard Beside his parents he was predeceased by his brothers George, Frank and Johnny, sisters-in-law Sr. Marguerite, Helene, Isabelle (in infancy), and brothers-in-law Cyril, Arsene, Martin, Adolphe, Eric and Robert Richard. Resting at Évangéline Funeral Home, Urbainville. A private family service will be held at a later date with interment in Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel cemetery, Mont-Carmel.
