Obituary of Marie Anne Rousselle

December 26, 1944 ~ March 31, 2024 It is with sadness in our hearts that we, the family of Marie Anne Rousselle, announce her peaceful passing at home, in Abram-Village, while being surrounded by her loving family, on March 31, 2024 at the age of 79 years. Born December 26, 1944, Marie Anne was the beloved wife of Victor Rousselle and cherished daughter of the late Aubain J.N. Gallant and Annie Gallant of Abram-Village. Marie Anne will be forever missed and loved by her children: Debbie (Eric), Lisa (Bart) and Jamie (Vickie); by her two brothers: Adrus and Raymond; her grandchildren: James (Elana), Emilie (René), Felicity (Mitchell), John (Isabelle), Connor, Megan (Curtis), Alexia (Quaid), Calem (Raylene), Caden, Evangeline and Rosalie; by her great grandchildren: Marilla, Eleanor and Ruth. Also left to cherish her fond memories are her in-laws: Ruth, Josephine, Larry, Alma (Isaie) Linda (Aldoria), Jacqueline (late-Étienne); her treasured friend Dorise Arsenault and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, her father and mother-in-law: Fred and Delia (Vautour) Rousselle; her brothers and sisters; Alice (René), Louis, René, Claire and Arthur; her sister-in-law Merie; a grandchild Myriam in infancy; and numerous beloved members of the Rousselle family. Resting at the Évangéline Funeral Home, 900 Route 124, Urbainville for visiting hours on Thursday, April 4th from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 5th at 10:30 a.m. at the Saint-Philippe et Saint-Jacques Church, Egmont Bay. Interment in the Saint-Philippe et Saint-Jacques Parish Cemetery at a later date. Donations in memory of Marie Anne made to Home Care Services or to the Cancer Society will be greatly appreciated.
