Arsenault, at the home of her daughter and son-in- law in Wellington, on Monday, June 24, 2024 at the age of 103 years. Denise had a heart of gold. She had an immense love for her family and cherished every moment she got to spend with her children, grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren. She was an amazing storyteller who brought laughter to many, her ability to drive until the age of 95 allowed her to assist numerous seniors. She generously provided rides to church, accompanied them to play cards, and helped with appointments. She visited the less fortunate seniors and also while she was a resident of Le Chez-Nous she would read to others who couldn’t see well. She found joy in gardening, cooking, knitting, and playing cards. She lovingly prepared numerous meals for others, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who enjoyed her cooking. She was known for being the Queen of the Queen of Spades in her favorite card game. Her warm spirit touched many lives as she was very grateful for even the smallest gestures that anyone would do for her. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
