February 25, 1940 ~ August 3, 2024

It is with sadness in our hearts, that we, the family of Rose Marguerite Arsenault of Summerside and formerly of Abram-Village, announce her passing, on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at the age of 84 years. Rose was the cherished daughter of the late Arthur JB and Joséphine (Gallant) Arsenault of Abram-Village.

Rose had a ‘’Joie de vivre’’ and loved live music especially from her big, beautiful family. As an amazing artist she appreciated beauty in all things. Despite her small size, Rose had a big personality, a laugh that was truly contagious and a pure heart of gold. She would always lend a helping hand when needed.

She will be sadly missed by her loving children; Carl (Ginette) and Darryl (Janet); by her brothers and sisters: Raymond (Yvonne), Priscille (Armand), Marie-Anne, Leonie (Clarence), Jacques (Sylvie), Gerald (Pataya), Julie, Rhéal (Melissa); her sister-in-law Lucille Collette and by numerous nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her parents: Arthur & Joséphine; her sisters, Sr. Marie, Angèle and Eunice; by her brothers Pierre, Robert; her brother-in-law Reggie and sister-in-law Rita Shyle.

Rose’s legacy will undoubtedly live on through the cherished memories shared by those who knew her.

To honor Rose’s wishes, a private visitation has already been held for the family.
