Obituary of Lillian Mary Wedge
February 12, 1944 ~ December 2, 2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our sister Lillian Wedge at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, PE with her loving family by her side, on Monday, December 2, 2024 at the age of 80 years. Lillian was born in Summerside February 12, 1944 to the late Sylvere and Mary Louise (née Blaquiere) Wedge.
Left to cherish her memory is her devoted partner Arlene, her sisters and brothers Aldine (Alyre) Richard, Anne (Lou - deceased) Iman, Cecile (Dave) Wedge, Dianne (Randy) Howard, Len (Gail) Aucoin and Adrien (Sherry) Wedge. Lillian will be dearly missed by several nieces and nephews.
Lillian was predeceased by her parents Sylvere and Mary Louise Wedge, her brothers Roy, Louis, Julien, Raymond and 5 siblings at a very young age.
Resting at the Évangéline Funeral Home, 900 route 124, Urbainville. By her own personal wishes, there will be no visiting hours. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel Church in Mont-Carmel, on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family would like to extend their heartful thank you to the staff of the St John Regional Hospital in St John, New Brunswick and to the Prince County Hospital, in Summerside, PEI for the care given to our sister Lillian during the last few days.
