Obituary of Gallant, Lucienne

The death occurred peacefully at the Summerset Manor, Summerside on Saturday, September 11th, 2021 of Lucienne Gallant, age 97 years. Born in Hemingford, Quebec she was the daughter of the late Wilfred Boileau and Eva Labranche. Lucienne will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Monique (Michel Leclerc) Gallant, sons Maurice (Diane Milord - deceased) Gallant, and Gilles (Thér&egravese Picard) Gallant. Also left to cherish her memory are grandchildren Caroline (Mathieu Nolet) Gallant, Marie Hél&egravene (Simon Gingras) Gallant, Genevi&egraveve (Javad Nasserifar) Gallant, great grandchildren Alycia, Cédric, Raphaël, Lucie et Sophie. Besides her husband Henri, Lucienne was predeceased by her parents. She had six siblings, three brothers and three sisters. Resting at the Évangéline Funeral Home where due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service (by invitation only) will be held followed by the committal in Saint-Philippe et Saint-Jacques Parish cemetery, in Egmont Bay. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations can be made directly to the Saint-Philippe et Saint-Jacques church, Egmont Bay.
